ConfirmatioN

Please check your email or texts for a confirmation message. If you did NOT receive a confirmation, please contact us to ensure your booking went through. Your confirmation email (not text) will provide our door code for entry. If you do not get emails, you can use the Vagaro App “Check-in” feature when you arrive to receive the door code, or ring the doorbell on arrival.

Location

We are located at 720 W 36th Street (“The Avenue”) in Hampden. Except for some special events, all of our services take place here.

ParKinG

Metered and unmetered street parking is readily available most days. Please allow a bit of time extra to park and arrive during peak hours (weekends & evenings).

MasKs

Masks are required on entry. Please bring your own. If you do not, we will have extras available. You may remove your mask in the private treatment room by mutual agreement with your therapist.

We also offer complimentary mask recycling (provided by Terracycle).

CancellatioN policy

We require 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule without a fee. Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged the full service fee. If you are ill, we will credit your fee towards a reschedule within 2 weeks of the original service date.
