Therapist Titles
Here at Metta Integrative Wellness, therapists are designated a title based on their experience as licensed massage providers. All of our therapists are extraordinarily talented in their massage and bodywork, but experience brings wisdom that cannot be gained without time. To honor this ongoing learning and exploration of our therapists, this is how we describe ourselves. Rates vary between therapists.

Apprentice therapists have less than 2 years of experience in the field. They also may be engaged in direct mentorship with established and expert therapists to continue to grow their skills and knowledge. Apprenticeships last about 6 months when these individuals first come to Metta, and are a great way for recent graduates to gain additional education and support as they enter their new career.

Established therapists have more than 2 but less than 5 years of experience as a massage therapist, with Metta Integrative Wellness or elsewhere.

Senior therapists have more than 5 years of experience as a massage therapist, with Metta Integrative Wellness or elsewhere.
