Welcome to Baltimore’s first and only worker-owned bodywork and wellness cooperative. Proudly women-founded, queer- & trans-owned, trauma-informed, and 100% authentic. We offer integrative therapeutic massage, craniosacral therapy, cupping, neuromuscular therapy, and bodywork for trauma resolution.

Metta Integrative Wellness has been known and loved in the community for over a decade for our signature Integrative Therapeutic Massage. We also offer Prenatal Services.
Specialty
Our specialty bodywork services including Lymphatic Drainage, Craniosacral, Neuromuscular Therapy, and more are great for conditions such as chronic pain, tension headaches, and post-operative recovery.
Movement
From specialty yoga classes to integrative trauma recovery work, our movement practitioners will guide you through a safe, nurturing, and healing practice.
